These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alive Dream mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use Alive Dream with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use and Content Rules

You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you provide. You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, pornographic, violent, or promotes self-harm.
• Harasses, abuses, or stalks other users.
• Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Promotes commercial activities without our prior written consent.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

Alive Dream offers virtual currency (Coins and Diamonds) that can be used to purchase virtual gifts for streamers.

• Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency with us.
• All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and eliminate virtual items at our discretion.

4. Live Streaming Rules

Streamers must adhere to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any broadcast that violates our platform rules, including those involving copyright infringement or inappropriate behavior.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alive Dream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Alive Dream is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Terms.
